The Axial Imperium is the citizenship polity centered on City of Twilight, capital of a large jungle, swamp, and tropical homeworld. It holds a major stretch of the Atheri-Doxeri Prime and Doxseri Prime Wings and custodianship of two Umbral Ring gates. Visitors arrive through Penumbra Station.
