Account password resets are handled by Accord staff. Contact us through any of the channels below.

How to Reset Your Password
For security, password resets require identity verification by an Accord administrator. Please have your SL username or Registry ID ready when you reach out.

Contact any Accord Director or Inspector through the channels below. Once your identity is confirmed, staff will set a temporary password for you.

In-World
Contact any Accord Director or Inspector in Second Life directly. Staff tags are visible on the Accord Spire faction boards.

Discord
Open a support ticket in the Umbral Accord Discord server. An administrator will verify your identity and reset your password.

After staff set a temporary password, sign in with it and use the Change Password option in your account sidebar to set your own.
