Wing overview

The Wandering Wing

Inferi-Sinisi Prime stretches unusually far beyond the settled galaxy, its slipstream extending deep towards the border of Deep Space before gradually thinning. Stellar density slowly declines along its length, which has left many systems separated by vast distances. It is home to isolated colonies, forgotten worlds written in ancient data logs, and planets that developed independently for millennia. Ancient ruins, abandoned settlements, and untouched ecosystems are common beyond the established slipstream routes, making the wing a favorite destination for explorers, archaeologists, and pioneers.

Sector band overview

The middle ring of stars between the inner ring and the outer ring of the galaxy.

The Middle Ring contains the greatest concentration of stable, long-lived star systems in the galaxy. Protected from the volatility of the Inner Ring, while also remaining more hospitable to life than the sparse Outer Ring, it is home to the greatest diversity of inhabited planets. The comparatively quiet stellar environment makes eclipses, seasonal cycles, and stable climates common across many worlds. Stars here tend toward remarkable stability, allowing planetary systems to evolve uninterrupted over billions of years. Due to this, countless intelligent species first took to the stars in the Middle Ring, and many of history's greatest civilizations trace their origins to its worlds.
